dirt, oil an cold wax

Our beginnings are but dirt and the spark of Life. In this painting I mixed dirt with color pigments and the wax from bees before applying it to the canvas. I felt the creative force guide me through the dark, mud phase of the painting into the light of form emerging. And this is what wanted to be born.
